With over 40% of our business coming from recommendations we know our customers first- then welcome them as our neighbours.Helen and Tim have taken time in each home they have sold, and a visit will immediately confirm whether you will soon join our exclusive park. The visit, includes a tour of the town, shops, libraries, doctors and even a sighting of the dolphins from the harbour if you are lucky.
Most customers will take a leisurely visit and return again to begin the process of specifying and arranging our unique home build and move in service.
