Nestled beside New Quay in a beautifully quiet corner, the grounds are set in established coastal countryside. This special Park retains a friendly community spirit as all residents are retired or semi-retired. Over the past six months the park has introduced ten brand new huge plots – each has been designed with you in mind, we have positioned homes so that you will appreciate the spacious plots and enjoy your home to the full. Please do not confuse our plots with any you may have already seen.

Realistically the park will sell you a home only after you have discussed your home in great detail, waiting for the home to be built or choosing from our show homes, it’s up to you. Schooner park will not sell to any owner, (other than a retired or semi-retired owner) and take care to offer plots to owners who share our key aims, to provide safe, scenic and picturesque homes in a peaceful location, you will join like minded neighbours who will take pride in the park and their homes.
