THE PARK

Schooner Park is one of only a few Parks in beautiful coastal Ceredigion holding a full residential licence. It has been established for over 50 years, but has been remodelled over the last 20 years for for full time residential occupation.

LIFESTYLE

Our owners are almost excusively retired or semi retired and, as such, this contributes to a quiet and peaceful environment.

THE AREA

Schooner Park is located on the West Wales Coast, reached in one direction via the M4 at Carmarthen or equally close to Aberystwyth with rail links to the Midlands, Shrewsbury and Manchester. The local town offers cafes, pubs, restaurants, chemists and clothes shops which are all within walking distance of the Park.
