Our Private Estate is set in an enviable seaside town location, in Wales’s most sought after retirement county – Ceredigion.

The Park is private and peaceful - you will always know your neighbour and they'll be like you, people who want an exclusive, private and pleasant location.

At night, the harbour boats and yachts return to be arranged in neat rows. The waves lap around the Quay, spinnakers rattle and the Yacht Club or local pubs nearby are full of talk of the day’s catch, or maybe the one that got away.

Get up early enough and you will see the working fishing boats gather to unload their catch of shrimp, lobster, crab and the famous New Quay mackerel, most of which is exported to Europe and beyond. Fresh fish is on sale in the harbour, including the popular crab and mackerel.

A great deal of care and investment went into designing the Park, every road and border enhance the Estate, roads and paths wind through the very spacious countryside. Careful streetlighting and useful additional investment makes this Park unique and special.

The Park is extremely well maintained and the owners are so friendly and helpful. New Quay is a lovely location to retire to – everything is on your doorstep, but the area still retains the peace and tranquillity I am looking for in my Park Home
